# Physical Therapist
Cass County Medical Care Facility is seeking a Physical Therapist for an assignment in Cassopolis, Michigan. The position covers both the skilled nursing facility and an outpatient clinic located in the same building at 23770 Hospital Street, Cassopolis, Michigan 49031.

The therapist will work 30 to 40 hours per week, generally from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Outpatient clients range from teenagers through geriatric patients and present with orthopedic, neurological, pain, and balance needs. New graduates may be considered.

- Provide physical therapy services in both the skilled nursing facility and outpatient clinic.
- Work with outpatient clients ranging from teenagers to geriatric patients.
- Support cases involving orthopedic, neurological, pain, and balance needs.
- Complete documentation in NetHealth and PointClickCare, the nursing EMR.

## Qualifications
- Physical therapy background appropriate for the listed settings.
- New graduates may be considered.
- Ability to work across both settings located within the same building.
- Availability for 30 to 40 hours per week.
