Job Description Our office is looking for a licensed Customer Service Agent, experienced in account management and customer service for various Commercial Lines and Personal Lines products. We are also open to considering those not yet licensed and prepared to succeed in the licensing process. Prime candidates should be organized, conscientious, confident and outgoing, with excellent communication skills. First Insurance Group utilizes the AMS360 management system, Zywave Broker Briefcase, and Agency Revolution products. This is a full‑time position, and compensation will be commensurate with experience and insurance knowledge.
