Box Truck Driver Pay: $19–$24 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and dependable Box Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely operate a box truck while making local deliveries and pickups. This position also involves loading and unloading materials, completing delivery paperwork, and providing professional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck for local deliveries and pickups Load, unload, and properly secure products and materials Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch Complete delivery paperwork and obtain signatures when necessary Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns Keep the truck clean and organized Follow all company safety policies and applicable transportation regulations Assist with warehouse and general labor duties as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Previous box truck or delivery driving experience preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday Must be able to pass required background and drug screenings Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the workday Ability to load and unload products from the truck Ability to work in various weather conditions when making deliveries Compensation $19–$24 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
