Pay: $23–$27/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (4x10 schedule)

Job Description:
Staff Source is hiring an experienced MIG Welder for a manufacturing client in Knoxville, TN. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder looking for a consistent 4-day work week and competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on sheet metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Inspect welds for quality and structural integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Operate related equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Prior MIG welding experience required, sheet metal experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints/weld specs
- Steel-toe boots and reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and work ethic
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $23–$27/hr, weekly pay
