Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

To support a large enterprise Human Capital Management environment, the hybrid Senior PeopleSoft HCM Functional & Technical Consultant will lead functional analysis, gather business requirements, and design scalable PeopleSoft solutions while working closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams. Key responsibilities Lead functional analysis and business requirements gathering for PeopleSoft HCM enhancements and new implementations Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable PeopleSoft solutions Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements while configuring and supporting PeopleSoft HCM modules Required qualifications 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM functional experience 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM technical experience 10+ years supporting PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 or newer Proven experience leading full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations from requirements through deployment Extensive SQL experience including complex DML and DQL scripting
