Shift Leader starting up to $15/Hr (09700) - 2701 18th St Full-time position in the role of Store Assistant Manager. Shift Leaders handle all aspects of operating a Domino's Pizza store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality. Responsibilities Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications, including sandwiches, sauces, toppings, and baked goods. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler using FIFO. Lifting and rotating stock, moving soda from storage area to coolers, dating all product. Take and receive phone calls and customer orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows. Provide carside delivery by bringing food to customers’ cars in all weather conditions. Perform daily cleaning and sanitation: sweep and mop, clean coolers interior and exterior, take out trash. Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee development. Schedule 12-hour, 10-hour, or 8-hour shift. Day shift, night shift, weekend, and holiday availability. Potential delivery hours as needed. Benefits 401(k) with matching. Health insurance. Strong communication skills: written and verbal, including telephone and customer interactions. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and cashier skills for accurate change. Physical ability: standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand‑eye coordination. Valid driver's license with safe driving record and access to insured vehicle for delivery. Preferred: 1 year leadership experience and 1 year restaurant experience. Work Conditions Varying temperatures, adverse weather when delivering, exposure to food fumes, dust, hot surfaces, and mechanical parts.
