Automotive Service Technician

Located at Napleton's Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in St. Peters, MO, the Automotive Service Technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Job Responsibilities: Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty. Communicate with parts department and service advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication. Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair. Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, which may include employees and customers. Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate. Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur. Maintain an organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
