We serve clients throughout Florida and the Carolinas.

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Hinterland Group's digital and traditional marketing initiatives, promoting our pipeline rehabilitation and trenchless technology services to municipal, governmental, and private-sector clients. This role reports directly to the CEO and HR, and requires a data-driven marketer who understands B2B/B2G marketing and can translate technical services into compelling messaging for public works officials, engineers, and procurement decision-makers. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Riviera Beach, FL location. Travel is required to attend trade shows and other events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness among municipalities, counties, property management companies, and industrial/private clients across Florida and the Carolinas
• Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and display advertising, tailored to a B2B/B2G audience
• Oversee the company website, LinkedIn, and other professional social channels, ensuring content accurately reflects our services (CIPP, SIPP trenchless repair, manhole coating, stormwater management, wastewater solutions, sewer lateral lining)
• Create case studies, project spotlights, and content highlighting completed municipal and county contracts to support business development and RFP/bid efforts
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and report on KPIs (traffic, lead generation, RFP inquiries, ROI)
• Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate spend for maximum ROI
• Collaborate with business development, estimating, and operations teams to align messaging with active bids, contracts, and service capabilities
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, ads, and email campaigns
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices within the construction, utilities, and government-contracting space
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors as needed
• Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff or coordinators (if applicable)
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic reports directly to the CEO and HR
• Coordinate, schedule, package and direct shipping and materials for tradeshows. Attend trade shows as needed for job position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a management or lead role
• Proven track record managing successful multi-channel digital and traditional campaigns
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to municipal, government, or infrastructure/construction industry clients
• Familiarity with trenchless technology, utilities, or civil/environmental services (CIPP, SIPP, wastewater, stormwater)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Google Ads / Analytics certifications

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, in-person role based at 2051 West Blue Heron Blvd, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. Travel is required to attend trade shows and other events as needed.
