Plant Floor Training Architect

Vaco Recruiter Services is partnering with a food manufacturer in Austin, IN to hire a full-time Manufacturing Floor Training Specialist. This role works on-site in a three-shift facility with 1st shift hours and occasional weekend coverage. The HR Trainer will develop and deliver training programs, build metrics, and implement systems that improve safety, quality, and engagement across the workforce. Strong classroom and hands-on coaching skills are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
