Immediate Start: RN & LPN – Pediatric Home Health (Hillsborough County, FL)

Family First HomeCare is urgently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for two pediatric home health cases in Hillsborough County. These are immediate-start opportunities providing one-on-one care to medically complex pediatric patients in a home setting. Nurses available to begin quickly are encouraged to apply.

Tampa (Town 'n' Country – 33614)

• Rate: $28–32/hr
• Shifts: Days: Sat, Sun & Mon 7a–7p; Nights: Sat–Tues 7p–6a
• Skills: G-tube, T/V
• Notes: 17 y/o female, total care, nonverbal. Trach/vent at night and PRN. Lives with grandparents. One cat in home. RN or LPN with IV Cert required.

Tampa (33612)

• Rate: $28–35/hr
• Shifts: Days: PRN availability currently; Nights: Sat–Wed open
• Skills: G-tube, T/V
• Notes: 17 y/o male, TBI, globally delayed, fixed pupils, total care. Frequent repositioning and two-person lift. Lives with mother, sister, nephew, and grandmother. Night nurse coming off case in two weeks.

Tampa / Temple Terrace (33647)

• Rate: $28–35/hr
• Shifts: Wed–Fri 9a–6p; Fri 8p–5a; Sun 7p–7a
• Skills: G-tube only
• Notes: 11 y/o male. Nurse attends school with child. Small dogs in home.

Tampa / USF Area (33613)

• Rate: $28–32/hr
• Shifts: Days & Nights available Sunday–Saturday
• Skills: G-tube, T/V
• Notes: 2 y/o female. Trach and vent (capped). Nurses recently backed out. May transition to PPEC.

Tampa / Temple Terrace (33617)

• Rate: $27–32/hr
• Shifts: Days & Nights
• Skills: TPN/Lipids
• Notes: 17 y/o male CCT patient. RN required with TPN/Lipids experience.

Tampa (33647)

• Rate: $28–32/hr
• Shifts: Friday–Sunday
• Skills: G-tube, Trach
• Notes: 29 y/o male. RN or LPN with IV Cert required. Globally delayed. Dogs in home.

Tampa / Temple Terrace (33637)

• Rate: $27–31/hr
• Shifts: Every other Saturday night 7p–7a; Days & Nights available Mon–Sun
• Skills: G-tube, TPN
• Notes: 3 y/o female toddler. Potty training in progress. RNs only.

• Shifts: Monday–Saturday Nights 9p–7a
• Skills: G-tube
• Notes: 12 y/o male with CP. Small teacup Shih Tzu in home.

• Rate: $27–31/hr
• Shifts: M–F 9a–6p
• Skills: G-tube
• Notes: 11 y/o male. Nurse attends school with child. Small dogs in home.

Tampa / Temple Terrace (33613)

• Rate: $27–32/hr
• Shifts: 7 Nights 7p–7a
• Skills: G-tube, T/V
• Notes: 2 y/o female with trach and vent in home.

Tampa (33647)

• Rate: $28–33/hr
• Shifts: Fri–Sun Days (flexible)
• Skills: G-tube, Trach, Vent, IV
• Notes: 29 y/o male. Vent used only at night or during illness but nurse must remain vent competent. Dogs in home.

Tampa (33617)

• Rate: $28–35/hr
• Shifts: Sun & Mon Nights 6p–6a
• Skills: TPN/Lipids
• Notes: 17 y/o male. No pets or siblings in home.

Multiple shifts available

Day, night, and PRN coverage needed

Night ventilator support required for one case

Specific schedules will be discussed during the screening process.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Comfort with total care, mobility assistance, and respiratory support
• Ability to follow the plan of care and work collaboratively
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
