Branch ManagerICM Solutions is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Phoenix, AZ operations. As a rapidly growing equipment dealer serving the mining, aggregates, and paving industries throughout the Mountain West, ICM offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while helping customers maximize equipment uptime and productivity. We are looking for a leader who embraces accountability, develops people, prioritizes safety, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all branch operations with responsibility for safety, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, operational performance, and profitability.Direct and support Parts and Service teams, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.Recruit, coach, develop, and retain employees while establishing clear expectations and performance standards.Oversee shop and field service operations to ensure timely, high-quality repairs that maximize customer uptime.Manage service scheduling, technician workload, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and responsiveness.Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, building strong relationships and ensuring successful resolutions.Oversee parts operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and parts availability to support customer and business needs.Partner closely with Sales, Rental, and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support overall business growth.Drive operational improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Ensure the branch maintains high standards for safety, organization, facility appearance, and operational excellence.Support rental fleet readiness through repair coordination, inspections, and equipment preparation.Requirements4-year college degree (preferred but not required)7+ years of direct managerial and team building skills experienceAbility to recruit, train, manage, and mentor a high-functioning and effective teamDemonstrated ability as a self-starter, motivated, and results driven to act independently and with minimal directionAbility to think critically to solve problems in a complex work environment with urgency and agilityStrong interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skillsFinancial literacy and business acumenProficient in Windows, Microsoft applications, and related business systemsWhy ICM Solutions?Fast-growing company with big ambitions—to be the best crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving dealer in North America.Strong, people-focused culture where your work truly makes an impact.Competitive benefits: PTO, paid sick time, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.
