Client Services Representative / Veterinary Receptionist

Located in Powell River,  BC we are an  established,  fast-paced, busy veterinary hospital.

The Client Services  Representative  position involves  the  following:

Serving the needs of our  clients and their p ets with professionalism and confidence  Answering phone calls and scheduling appointment s Invoicing and processing payments Electronic Medical Record-keeping Communication with  clients, veterinarians, and  team. Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam  rooms and reception area.

The successful applicant will have:

Previous experience in c lient  service Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a large team Proficien t  computer  skills                                                                                                     Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferre d                                                        Saturday Shifts  are a requirement  for  t his  position

We Offer:

Hourly rate  ranging from $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.  RRSP matchin g,  Extended health care ,  Health and wellness allowance ,  Uniform allowance
