Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning in patients with neurological or neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Interpret test results and prepare integrated reports that inform diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including neurologists, psychologists, therapists, and medical staff—to develop tailored treatment recommendations.
- Provide consultation and education to clinical teams, patients, and families on cognitive and behavioral outcomes.
- Supervise psychometrists and assist in training staff in test administration and scoring procedures.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
- Contribute to clinical research, data collection, and ongoing evaluation of digital brain health assessment tools.
- Stay current on advances in neuropsychology, neuroscience, and digital health technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology.
- Completion of an APA/CPA‑accredited internship and formal postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology.
- Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a psychologist in Massachusetts.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP‑CN) preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in adult and/or pediatric neuropsychological assessment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report‑writing skills.
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare or research teams.
- Familiarity with digital assessment tools and comfort working in a technology‑driven environment.
