Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans that set achievable goals and incorporate targeted interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure personalized and coordinated care for each client.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed, ensuring the mental and emotional safety of clients during critical times.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
