Daily Work Schedule The candidate will have at least three years of successful sales experience and must be able to learn customer needs using all the available tools. Candidates must have great people skills, enthusiasm, energy, a positive attitude, and drive. Strong telephone and computer skills are required. Responsibilities Master product knowledge: continuously build expertise in both new and pre-owned inventory, including trim levels, optional packages, and cutting‑edge technologies. Build lifelong client relationships: cultivate trust and rapport with customers to create a loyal client base that returns for future purchases and referrals. Lead with a consultative approach: engage customers through thoughtful questions and active listening to guide them toward the right vehicle for their needs and lifestyle. Resolve concerns with care: address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally using CRM tools, phone, text, and email. Deliver exceptional vehicle presentations: conduct high-quality, engaging demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle with confidence and clarity. Drive referral business: follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral opportunities. Thrive in sales situations: navigate objections with poise and persistence, turning challenges into opportunities. Lead by example: support teammates in achieving sales goals and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing environment. Report to senior management: communicate regularly with leadership regarding goals, activities, performance reviews, and strategic insights.
