Lead Data Analyst

Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time Lead Data Analyst will manage performance marketing optimization, drive data literacy, and extract insights from complex data while working remotely across various locations. Key responsibilities Audit and standardize existing reporting across assigned verticals to enhance data consumption and accuracy Collaborate with business teams to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses that inform decision-making Develop and maintain complex data models to support performance metrics and reporting initiatives Required qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business outcomes Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
