Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This part-time, contract position runs from August 18, 2026, to June 10, 2027, offering a weekly schedule of 15-20 hours, Monday through Friday. You will play a critical role in enriching the learning and development experiences of students, including those on the autism spectrum and with other disabilities.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and active BCBA certification required
• Demonstrated experience working with children, preferably those with developmental disabilities or autism
• Prior experience as a BCBA in an educational setting is highly desirable
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to oversee team members effectively
• Adaptability to work across diverse student needs in both elementary and secondary school populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Oversee and mentor support staff within the school-based behavioral health team
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure best practices in behavioral intervention
• Monitor student progress, update plans as needed, and document outcomes per compliance standards
• Deliver direct services and provide ongoing consultation within classroom settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and support professional development for school staff as related to behavior management
