Emergency Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. The position requires commitment to work three 12-hour shifts from 11:00 to 23:30. Weekend work is required to meet staffing needs. Float between facilities is necessary. Healthcare providers will support various patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The average daily census is 65 patients. Nurses will be responsible for patient assessment and care, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction or failure, and continual monitoring of vital signs. Skilled management of IV sedation and vasopressors is required. Nurses will need to care for ventilated patients and ensure compliance with isolation precautions and PPE. Experience with trauma level I or II is preferred. Healthcare providers are expected to respond effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional demeanor. References will be required from candidates covering their experience within the last three years. Candidates should be prepared to float between sister facilities as required.
