OFFICE ASSISTANT (PART TIME)

Part-time Administrative Assistant Finance Department Year round 15 hours a week position to provide support to the Finance Department (Accounting, Treasurer/Collector, Payroll and Assessing). Increase up to 40 hours May – Labor Day. The Finance Assistant is responsible for the provision of a wide range of clerical support services assisting in the day to day administrative operation of the Finance Department. Qualified applicant duties include, but not limited to, providing back up to the Accounting, Treasurer/Collector, Payroll and Assessing functions and office support for seasonal sticker office including some managerial tasks. Minimum Qualifications High School degree or equivalent with one to three (1-3) years of related work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Additionally, applicant should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), ability to work effectively in a busy office and work within time constraints.
