Sr Quality Engineer

Job TitleResponsibilities And Duties:Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)Lead quality system tools: Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, MSALead CAPA processes and ensure timely closureSupport ISO and third-party certification activitiesSupport PPAP and First Article Inspection (FAI)Develop inspection and testing standardsLead root cause investigations and corrective actionsSupport supplier quality and performance monitoringAnalyze quality metrics and drive improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operationsTravel to customer and supplier sites as neededOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field2–3 years of manufacturing or quality experienceStrong root cause and problem-solving skillsAbility to read engineering drawingsStrong data analysis skillsEffective communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:Experience in assembly or machining environmentsISO 9001 / AITF 16949 certification experienceExperience with PPAP, FAI, CAPALean or Continuous Improvement experienceSupplier quality experiencePower BI, Minitab, or advanced analytics toolsWork AuthorizationCrane Pumps & Systems will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
