Assist withcreating,printing, and updatingProduction Work Packages. Maintain configuration control ofreleasedProduction Work Packages. Create purchase requisitions and approvepurchaseorders as required. Coordinate with thePlanning Supervisorand OperationsPlanningManagerto resolveproduction planning and control issues. Maintain office supplies and manage inventory. Adhere tothecompany'sQualityManagement System,along withtheISO9001 and AS9100 quality standards. Learn Fairlead Planning processes to prepare for the increased responsibilities of a Systems Manufacturing Planner. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned to support productionand planningneeds. Qualifications: Introductoryblueprint and manufacturing drawingsunderstanding. Ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning& ManufacturingResource Planning software. Experience with DELTEKCostpoint preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communicationand interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast paced,deadline-orientedenvironment. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
