Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performdaily administrativetasks assigned.
• Assist withcreating,printing, and updatingProduction Work Packages.
• Maintain configuration control ofreleasedProduction Work Packages.
• Create purchase requisitions and approvepurchaseorders as required.
• Coordinate with thePlanning Supervisorand OperationsPlanningManagerto resolveproduction planning and control issues.
• Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
• Adhere tothecompany'sQualityManagement System,along withtheISO9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
• Learn Fairlead Planning processes to prepare for the increased responsibilities of a Systems Manufacturing Planner.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties as assigned to support productionand planningneeds.

Qualifications:

• Introductoryblueprint and manufacturing drawingsunderstanding.
• Ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning& ManufacturingResource Planning software.
• Experience with DELTEKCostpoint preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communicationand interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced,deadline-orientedenvironment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
