Are you a Licensed Dental Hygienist looking for a practice where you can provide exceptional patient care while continuing to grow professionally? Watts Dental is seeking a motivated RDH to join our collaborative team in Lithia, Florida.
Our practice combines advanced technology, in-house specialists, IV sedation services, and a patient-first approach to create an environment where both team members and patients thrive. As a Licensed Dental Hygienist, you will:
- Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene services
- Perform patient assessments and document clinical findings
- Educate patients on oral health and home care techniques
- Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
- Partner with dentists and specialists to support treatment planning
- Build strong patient relationships through compassionate care
- Maintain accurate records and clinical documentation
- Current and active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient education and quality care
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and clinical excellence
- Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Tuesday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
