Backed by Y Combinator and investors, including DoorDash Co-Founder Stanley Tang, NFL Hall of Famer Joe Montana, Gmail creator Paul Buchheit, and Twitch co-founder Justin Kan, Nabis is rapidly expanding across the U.S. with the goal of becoming the largest and most influential cannabis distribution network globally.The RoleHands-on fulfillment role responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, staging, and loading orders while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety, and operational standards.Responsibilities:Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficientlyVerify, stage, and prepare completed orders for dispatchLoad and unload delivery vehicles and incoming freightReceive and organize incoming productAssist with product intake, labeling, printing, and required METRC/dispatch documentationPerform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate product locationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork cross-functionally with warehouse and delivery teams to meet daily deadlinesIdeal Candidate:1–3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, 3PL, or similar experienceComfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environmentAble to repeatedly stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, lift, and move product throughout the shiftExperience with scanners, WMS, or warehouse equipment preferredReliable, accountable, safety-conscious, and detail-orientedAble to work independently while following established processes and prioritiesCoachable and adaptable with a strong team-oriented approachCannabis experience is a plus, but not requiredRequirements:Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experienceAbility to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twistMust be comfortable using ladders and loading/unloading from top shelvesAbility to work occasional evening/weekend shiftsBasic math skillsMust be at least 21 years of age or olderExceptional customer service skillsExcellent judgment and work ethicProfessionalism, patience, and process-driven approachAdaptability, low-ego and high attention to detailCan-do attitude and team playerProfessional appearanceTech savvinessCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour, paid weekly.You'll work at the fastest growing cannabis startupMedical/Dental/Vision offered to all full-time employees.Well-rounded co-workers and teammates that are all striving towards the same goal.
