We are looking for team members! Shift Leaders direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience. They act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Mr Gattis Restaurants through all they do in their role every day. Provide direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant. Ensure all policies and procedures are being upheld in the unit. Oversee certification of team members. Work positions and provide feedback daily. Ensure daily paperwork is completed. Respond to customer feedback and handle customer concerns/needs. Ensure all team members follow Capstone Concepts’ uniform standard. Set standards so the restaurant maintains the highest level of cleanliness. Be ready for white glove inspections. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 Years in the food industry Can work in a fast paced environment Heavy kitchen experience Proficient in Microsoft office Organized Hands‑on leadership style Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance Ability to motivate and develop team members Good written and verbal communication skills Time management skills and ability to multitask Ability to make good decisions and find alternative solutions Must pass a background check ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift. Ability to continuously reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and carry objects. Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds. Cognitive abilities to reason, solve problems, and manage conflicting priorities.
