Perform routine building maintenance as directed, including painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc. Ensure all repairs and service orders are completed promptly, according to operating and safety standards. Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment. Repair and maintain vacated rooms promptly. Maintain the walls, floor coverings, doors, and woodwork in the community's common areas. Maintain positive communication with local authorities such as the fire marshal, building inspector, and other jurisdictions. Work within the legal scope of local and state codes. If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors! High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior maintenance experience with skills in HVAC, drywall repair and texturing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care, and landscaping. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience in senior living, hotels, or commercial property is a plus!
