Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist

Our organization, located in Grand Junction, CO, is on the lookout for a dedicated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you will:

Evaluate the functional capabilities of residents.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at boosting residents’ safety, independence, and overall quality of life.

As part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will thrive in a resident-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and professional development.
