To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of internet software, payroll systems, spreadsheet software, billing and patient appointment software and word processing software to include Word, Excel and Power Point.Special Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; reach with hands and arms. handling, fingering, feeling and stoop, kneel or crouch and see. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Level of SupervisionN/ASupervisesDirectly supervises 25 to 30 employees in the Reception Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
