You will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall architecture and direction of our software systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain complex software systems using a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and technologiesLead the development of new features and improvements to existing products, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement technical solutionsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementParticipate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelinesContribute to the overall software architecture and technology stack decisionsIdentify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks in the development processStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our products and processesWrite and maintain technical documentation for software systems and processesParticipate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesCollaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software systemsContribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks to improve team productivity and efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field7+ years of professional software development experienceStrong proficiency in full-stack development, including both frontend and backend technologiesExpert-level knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, Go)Extensive experience with web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)Strong understanding of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring, ASP.NET Core)Experience with database systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structuresExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development
