Join SENIOR SUPPORT SERVICING LLC as a Physical Therapist Assistant PRN in sunny Tampa Bay and Plant City, FL! In this rewarding role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and support to our patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct patient assessments and document progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility and strength.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and wellness strategies.
- Monitor and report patient responses to therapy and adjust care as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
