Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds - 42
• Number of Staff – 80 Nursing FTE’s
• Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 1 charge, 5:1 RN ratio (about 5-6 RN daily), 2-3 CNA’S

o Night Shift - 1 charge, 5:1 RN ratio (about 5-6 RN daily), 2-3 CNA’S

• Patient Ratios – 5:1, 6:1
• Type of equipment - Welch Allyn vital monitors. Basic nursing equipment.
• EMR - Meditech

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current Rehab and/or M/S RN acute care experience
• BLS 

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Prior Rehab RN experience working at a freestanding rehabilitation center
• CRRN 

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   

• IVs, foley, PVRs and bladder/bowel programs
• EKG and Blood glucose
