Outbound Call Center Rep - DIALER job at Get It - Executive. Ontario, CA. Are you a great communicator who enjoys engaging with people? We're looking for part-time Outbound Call Center Representatives to join our team in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment. If you're energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to gain experience, we'd love to hear from you! Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do: Make outbound calls and provide accurate, helpful information. Assist customers by answering questions and directing them to the right resources. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database. Work with management to meet quality and productivity standards. Generate at least 6 leads per day (30 per week). Make a minimum of 350+ calls per day. What We're Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy and phone skills.
