In this role, you'll provide occupational health services in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll work directly with employees, helping them stay healthy, safe, and productive while supporting injury prevention and wellness programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and growth-focused company!What will you be doing in this role?Providing direct, onsite patient care services and professional services to meet client-requested coverage hoursDelivering occupational health services, including assessments, histories, physical exams, and treatmentsPrescribing medications and medical treatments based on evidence-based practice standardsCollaborating with nursing and safety staff to implement medical protocols, procedures, and emergency plansProviding guidance and education to additional clinical staff as appropriateSupporting injury prevention initiatives and wellness programs to improve employee health and productivityMonitoring employee health, conducting surveillance for occupational and non-occupational health risks, and responding to health concernsThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
