The ChallengeRenuOil of America Inc is hiring an Account Representative / Recycling ♻ to drive high-impact results across busy casino and hotel recycling docks in Las Vegas. This performance-driven role exists to keep nonhazardous waste and recyclable material moving safely, on time, and to spec—so production targets are hit and quality stays sharp.Key responsibilities:- Supervise dock teams (sorters/recyclers) and coordinate daily workflow at assigned properties- Oversee transportation and processing of materials while tracking quality and production goals- Maintain efficient operations, clear communication, and strong site accountabilityRequired qualifications/skills: - Ability to operate a forklift and industrial trucks/vehicle- Clean 3-year MVR report- Proficient with phone systems, office equipment, and software- Operations and supervisory experience- Bilingual preferredIf you’re ready for recognition and rewards tied to measurable outcomes, apply now.Your EdgeMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage401(k)Life InsurancePaid Time OffPaid MealsSnack/Drink RoomOn the DockAs an Account Representative / Recycling ♻, your day moves fast: you arrive to a live dock environment, set the pace with quick check-ins, and keep momentum as inbound loads shift throughout the day.
