Overview Description Physical Therapy Assistant in the Physical Therapy Unit at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. This position is full time and will work 8-hour day shifts. Responsibilities The practice of Physical Therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication, and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families, as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Position requires general supervision. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school. California Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualification 1 year rehabilitation experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available.
