Your place of work: Oy-Mittelberg | weekly working hours; 40 hours | permanent These are your tasks: Client and device operation: Operation, support (1st and 2nd level), and lifecycle management of clients (Windows, macOS, iOS) and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, POS systems), including planning and procurement of hardware and software. Microsoft 365 administration: Management and further development of the M365 environment (Office, SharePoint, Entra ID), including user and license management. Modern Workplace Management: Device, policy, and security management via Microsoft Intune, as well as client deployment automation via Windows Autopilot and Autopatch. IT security and compliance: Implementation and monitoring of security and compliance requirements in the modern workplace environment. Project work and documentation: Active participation in IT projects in the modern workplace area and the creation of system documentation. What you bring with you: You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or training in the IT field. You have professional experience in the above-mentioned activities. You have an independent, conceptual, and solution-oriented approach to your work. You are highly customer- and service-oriented and have high quality standards.
