You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in shaping our production success. Job Description As the Production Manager, you will: Champion efficient, cost‑effective production practices to help the team meet ambitious goals. Direct and prioritize workflow across the assembly floor, quickly addressing issues to keep operations moving. Lead, mentor, and evaluate production employees, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to excel. Build strong teams through effective onboarding and communication of expectations. Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and customer demands. Ensure all production staff are fully trained, confident, and capable in their responsibilities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production challenges. Communicate production updates, risks, and needs to department managers. Review, evaluate, and process production jobs, including support for expedited orders. Conduct regular employee evaluations and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing preferred. 3–5 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more employees. IPC‑610/620 certification is a plus. Strong computer skills: Office Suite, ERP, CRM systems. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, hands‑on mindset. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams toward KPI success. Confident public speaking and presentation skills. Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a strong advantage.
