Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a large-scale federal cybersecurity program. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with government leadership, ensuring alignment with mission objectives, adherence to performance standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality technical and operational outcomes. This role demands strong oversight of program governance, cybersecurity compliance, enterprise operations, and modernization efforts. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide overall direction, leadership, and accountability for a complex cybersecurity and IT modernization program supporting federal mission objectives.
• Manage enterprise application development, cybersecurity compliance initiatives, operational readiness, and modernization activities.
• Oversee program metrics, performance reporting, and SLA adherence to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams, contractors, and government stakeholders through governance, risk management, and program execution processes.
• Support cybersecurity compliance including NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-37, FISMA, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Ensure audit readiness (OIG, GAO, OMB) and manage POA&M lifecycle activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations, risk reporting, milestone planning, and financial oversight.

Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• PMP certification (required)
• Minimum 5+ years leading large, federated security programs
• Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity compliance, program governance, and enterprise IT operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• Experience supporting federal production environments and modernization initiatives.
