Shift Manager

Position Overview The Shift Manager will oversee day-to-day management of each shift in the restaurant. The incumbent will delegate tasks, supervise staff, solve problems on the job, provide excellent customer service, and be a strong teammate to our franchise partner. Responsibilities Manage each shift and address issues such as tardy employees, customer complaints, and food delivery. Ensure each customer is completely satisfied; customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Complete all daily paperwork at the unit level, including red book information, shift inventories, and other required documentation to ensure unit profitability. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times. Enforce brand standards, company policies, and procedures. Represent the company professionally; treat all employees with dignity and respect. Train staff at all levels on POS systems, back‑of‑house functions, front‑of‑house operations, customer service, and positional duties as needed. Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively with all hourly associates. Availability to cover all shifts during normal operation. Previous restaurant experience required.
