• Weekly Estimated Pay: $4,790 - $5,580
• Start Date: 11/1/2026
• Duration: 24 weeks
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Schedule: Flexible coverage with day shifts, restricted call, and unrestricted call, including weekends
• Environment: Large tertiary surgical program with obstetric coverage and dedicated cardiovascular call support

CRNA Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active, unrestricted license eligible for practice in Texas
• Experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
• Ability to provide anesthesia coverage across a broad range of surgical and procedural cases
• Comfortable working within a collaborative anesthesia care team model with physician support
• Flexibility to support multiple surgical settings as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for a diverse surgical case mix
• Support operating room staffing and perioperative workflow in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Participate in day coverage, restricted call, and unrestricted call rotations
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative care team members
• Deliver patient-centered anesthetic care with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
• Maintain excellent clinical judgment in a high-volume surgical environment
