Warehouse Associate - Raleigh, NC

About the Role

Join a growing team as a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate. This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers competitive pay and benefits. Ideal candidates have solid experience in material handling, inventory, RF Scanning, and warehouse software operations. Note: A current resume AND professional references are required.

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay : $20/hr

Schedule : Monday- Friday, 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM (1st Shift)

Location : Raleigh, NC

Benefits : Weekly Pay + Medical & Dental Coverage

Key Responsibilities

Pick, process, and pack customer orders
Sort and store goods in inventory
Accurately enter inventory data
Communicate effectively

Requirements

2+ years of warehouse material handling experience
Skilled in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
Strong math and counting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable work history

Preferred Qualifications

12+ months of order picking and equipment operation
Moving experience of heavy house hold goods such as appliances
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Proven dependability 50 wpm on mobile device
