SoC Power & Physical Architect — Next-Gen HBM

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Member of Technical Staff in SoC power and physical architecture for next-gen HBM architecture. You will shape clocking, power sequencing, PDN, and on-die interfaces while collaborating with physical designers to define floorplans and document SoC power integrity.
The role requires 8+ years delivering SoC hardware, MS/PhD in EE/CS, and expertise in EDA tools (PrimePower, PrimeShield, RedHawk, ICC2). Base US salary ranges reflect leadership level.
