About the Role:
The Bay Bar and Grille in Bozeman, MT is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team! You'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and our guests happy. If you take pride in a clean, organized workspace and love being part of a fast-paced restaurant environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and kitchen areas
Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies for kitchen and front-of-house staff
Empty trash receptacles and maintain proper waste disposal procedures
Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout and at the end of each shift
Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Requirements:
No prior experience required — a positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
Must be reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
