Position: Executive Assistant, Full Time, Live Out Location: Florida, Miami A financial services team in Miami needs to hire an Executive Assistant to support the team. Responsibilities include: Calendar management Correspondence Scheduling and arranging meetings Expense tracking Personal shopping (gifts etc.) Other ad hoc tasks as needed Successful candidates will have experience with HNW individuals and understand the need for discretion at all times. Excellent communication skills are a must since this person will be the point of contact for the management team. Schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30am -5:00pm (with flexibility necessary).
