Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Requirements Active RN License Degree from accredited nursing program BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting Other requirements determined by our client facility Duties & Responsibilities Emergency Room registered nurses (RN) provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention and must be able to recognize and effectively treat life‑threatening conditions. Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action. Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues to address urgent medical conditions. Properly triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need. Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.
