North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and repair machinery within the department to reduce downtime and ensure smooth flow of materials. Your Priorities Supports manufacturing through maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and electronic controls, and improves assembly processes. Implements and maintains standards and standard processes for technicians. Monitors preventative maintenance schedules and equipment repair logs. Creates and maintains logs of equipment downtime. Monitors product quality and equipment performance. Orders repair parts, equipment, supplies, etc., and establishes a spare parts inventory system. Requirements Your Background Associate Degree in Industrial Technology or related field, plus two years as an “A” Technician OR Five years as an “A” Technician. Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience preferred .
