General Manager - Fast Casual Restaurant $65K-$75K

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a high-performing General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume fast-casual restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role for an operator who thrives in structured systems, builds strong teams, and drives consistent operational results. This is not a developmental opportunity, we are looking for proven leaders who can step in and take full ownership from Day 1. What You'll Do * Oversee daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment * Build, train, and retain a strong hourly team * Drive execution of service, speed, and food quality standards * Manage labor, food cost, and controllable P&L performance * Develop shift leaders and strengthen internal leadership pipeline * Maintain a high-accountability, high-performance culture * Ensure consistent guest experience and operational excellence What We're Looking For * Prior General Manager experience in fast-casual or high-volume QSR * Experience in structured, systems-driven restaurant brands * Strong leadership in hiring, training, and team development * Ability to manage fast-paced, high-traffic operations * Proven ability to control labor and food costs * Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence Not a Fit If You Have * Only low-volume or slow casual restaurant experience * Limited leadership scope (no full GM ownership) * Primarily traditional QSR background without fast-casual exposure Ideal Background Successful candidates often come from high-performance fast-casual environments such as: * Multi-unit fast-casual brands * Build-your-own bowl / salad / scratch-to-order concepts * High-volume, systems-driven restaurant operations Why This Role This is a strong opportunity for a proven operator to step into a leadership role where execution, accountability, and results matter.
