Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week day shift contract requiring BLS certification and prior PT Home Health experience.

Details

• Home health setting with PT Home Health unit
• Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (5x8s)
• Clinician may be required to float within scope to meet facility needs; mileage is reimbursed for travel
• Epic EMR experience preferred but not required
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• PT Home Health experience required; minimum 1 year considered on a case-by-case basis, 2 years preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Active state PT license required; pending license accepted if obtained prior to start date (license required if applicable)
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial consideration; RTO requested after submission will not be honored
• Facility maintains an attendance policy: missing more than two shifts in a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation
• Block scheduling is not available for this position
