CREATIVE MARKETING & E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

The Creative Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist supports the development and growth of multiple brands through website maintenance, e-commerce, content creation, graphic design, product launches, and creative project coordination. This is a hands-on execution role that works closely with the Creative Director to turn concepts into completed marketing and customer-facing materials. The position is not a traditional graphic design, website design, or social media role. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of assignments, learning new tools, following established direction, and managing multiple deadlines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Brand and Marketing Support Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other company platforms. Design advertisements, promotional materials, email campaigns, and marketing assets. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-development initiatives. Help maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across company brands. Website and E-Commerce Build, update, and maintain Shopify and WordPress websites under the direction of the Creative Director. Create and optimize product pages, upload products, organize collections, and update website content. Support basic search engine optimization and website improvements. Identify and recommend practical improvements to website usability and the customer experience. Creative Design and Content Production Design brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, presentations, product mockups, packaging concepts, and sales materials. Capture product photography and behind-the-scenes content. Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and other digital content. Use approved artificial intelligence tools to support creative workflows and content production. Product Launch and Project Coordination Research competitors, industry trends, and potential product or marketing opportunities. Prepare and organize creative materials for new product and service launches. Coordinate photography, graphics, website updates, content, and marketing deliverables. Track assigned projects, maintain schedules, organize creative asset libraries, and meet established deadlines. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as assigned. Qualifications One to three years of related experience in marketing, e-commerce, content creation, graphic design, or a similar role preferred. Working knowledge of some of the following: Shopify, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, or similar tools. Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML, or CSS is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow direction, manage changing priorities, and complete assignments within established deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn new software, systems, and creative processes.
