What You'll Do

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll be more than just a salesperson—you'll become your customers' trusted advisor and project manager from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving your personal sales goals.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment as needed
