Whether it’s fixing a basic electrical switch, repairing appliances, installing a shower head, or patching drywall, you take pride in getting it done right. Qualifications Must-haves: Excellent resident/customer experience skills Positive attitude Eagerness to learn Efficiency Sense of humor On‑call availability Weekend availability Strong customer service skills Understanding of basic home maintenance Preferred schedule: Tue – Sat Great‑to‑haves: Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping Compensation The compensation range for this role is $22 – $26 per hour plus quarterly bonuses.
